গোয়েন্দা ধাঁধাঃ ২ (English Version a little below)

একজন ব্যাক্তি গলায় ফাঁস নিয়ে আত্মহত্যা করলো। কক্ষটি ভিতর থেকে সম্মপূর্ণ লাগানো ছিলো। কাজের লোকটি প্রায় ঘন্টা খানেক আগে বাড়ির কক্ষগুলো পানি দিয়ে মুছে গিয়েছে। গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তারা এসে দরজা ভেঙ্গে ভিতরে ঢুকলো। ভিতরে ঢুকে তো তারা তাজ্জব বনে গেলেন।

কক্ষটিতে হালকা  কিছু পানি জমে আছে,  লোকটি বেশ কিছুটা উপরে সিলিং-এ ঝুলে আছে, কক্ষটি্র মধ্যে কোন প্রকার আসবাবপত্র নাই। শুধু মেঝেতে দাঁড়িয়ে অতো উপর থেকে ফাঁস দেওয়া কোনভাবেই সম্ভব নয়। 

গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তারা কোন প্রকার  কুল-কিনারা করতে পারলেন না। জটিলতার খবর পেয়ে ছুটে আসলেন প্রধান গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তা । তিনি এসে চারদিকে ভালোভাবে কক্ষটি পরখ করে দেখলেন এবং সাথে সাথেই বুঝে ফেললেন  লোকটি কিভাবে অতো উঁচুতে গলায় ফাঁস নিলো। 

এখন বলতে হবে প্রধান গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তাটি কি ক্লু(clue) দিলেন?

উত্তর একটু নিচে

উত্তরঃ প্রধান গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তার সমাধানটি ছিল অত্যন্ত সহজ কিন্তু বুদ্ধিমত্তাপূর্ণ।

প্রধান গোয়েন্দা কর্মকর্তার সমাধানটি ছিল:

যেহেতু কক্ষটিতে  কোনো আসবাবপত্র পাওয়া যায়নি এবং মৃতদেহটিও বেশ উঁচুতে ঝুলন্ত অবস্থায় ছিল। লোকটি একটি বড় বরফখণ্ডের ওপর দাঁড়িয়ে গলায় ফাঁস লাগিয়েছিলেন। তার মৃত্যুর পর সময়ের সাথে সাথে বরফখণ্ডটি গলে পানিতে পরিণত হয় এবং সেই পানিই ঘরের মেঝেতে জমে ছিল।

A man committed suicide by hanging himself. The room was fully secured from the inside. The house-worker had wiped the rooms of the house with water almost an hour ago.

The intelligence officers came and broke the door and entered. When they entered, they were shocked.

There is a little water in the room, the man is hanging from the ceiling quite high. There is no furniture in the room. It is not possible to hang from that high just standing on the floor.

The intelligence officers could not solve  anything. The chief intelligence officer rushed to the spot after being informed of  the complexity. She came and examined the room carefully and immediately understood how the man had hanged himself so high. 

Now we have to say, what Clue did the chief intelligence officer give?

The Chief Intelligence Officer's solution was very simple but intelligent.

The Chief Intelligence Officer's solution was:

Since no furniture was found in the room and the body was hanging quite high, the man hung himself standing on a large block of ice.

After his death, over time, the iceberg melted and turned into water, and that water accumulated on the floor of the house.
